Effective October 2026. This policy describes how CGE Computers LLC ("we") handles information collected through cgecomputers.com.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we collect what you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, an optional budget range, and your message. We also keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page the form was sent from.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with marketers. We share it with service providers only as needed to run this site and our email, under their own privacy terms.

Communications

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by email or phone. Ask at any time and we will stop.

Retention and security

Inquiries are stored in access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed to handle them and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use encrypted connections and limit who can see the data, though no method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. It may use privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individual visitors.

Videos and affiliate links

Some guides include YouTube videos. The player loads only after you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and from that point YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Some guides also contain affiliate links, which are disclosed on the page. If you buy something through one, the retailer may pay us a small commission and may set its own cookies; it costs you nothing extra.
